This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Helpful staff, immaculate room and GREAT location. Good restaurant adjacent to the venue.
Sea view was worthy. Short way from the beautiful beach. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Al Chile, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We loved our stay.
The property needs renovation.
I loved staying at this hotel. It is truly a quaint local place. Being downtown was excellent, I walked the beach for miles. If you want to experience the "real" Mazatlan on a budget (room $44 usd including tax), great place to stay. Many historical places of interest within walking distance..
The uneveness of the walking surfaces, no elevator, tall step into the bathroom.
good value for money, clean, helpful staff, great location.
great location, very reasonable rates, great staff
no ice for the guests
the staff was friendly and assisted with all our requests . would go back again in the future
It's very cheap and ok for a few nights is alittle far from all the other famous hotels
I didn't like that the wifi Internet was only outside of the room
view from the ocean side rooms and pool area
it was good for the price.
We we're only there for 2 days. Beds were comfortable. People were friendly and helpful.
The only thing we found fault in was the lighting in the stairways--very dark (we're all over 70). And if you want quite it's on the main street.
free internet in lobby. ocean view
WAY too noisy, between street noise and inside the courtyard noise. Good for party crowd, but not for sleeping. Beds were hard and linens skimpy. Not very clean. Ugly florescent lightbulbs.
Courteous front desk staff, gave grat directions and tips on getting around.
I was charged more than the rate quoted by Booked.net
My stay was very pleasant..Older hotel so don't expect modern facilities..It was quiet and god for sleeping..Nice little courtyard.
Location - close to beaches, Malecon, Old Town Centro. Attention to cleanliness. Not a resort.
The perfect location for enjoying the old town of Mazatlan, and just across the street from a cozy beach.
Very good location at the North end of Mazatlan. Great night life area. Small but friendly beach. Lots of food and shopping close.
The hotel is currently being remodled. No elevator, and the wooden upper walkways seemed rickety. But the hotel has a very good charm, and I would love to go again.
