We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the historic district. It was so convenient to have bus lines right outside that took us all the way north to Playa Bruja and through the Zona Dorada. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the onsite restaurant and the views from our room were breathtaking.
The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable at times.

I loved staying at this hotel. It is truly a quaint local place. Being downtown was excellent, I walked the beach for miles. If you want to experience the "real" Mazatlan on a budget (room $44 usd including tax), great place to stay. Many historical places of interest within walking distance..
The uneveness of the walking surfaces, no elevator, tall step into the bathroom.
